BLENDED LEARNING COURSES
The main aim of courses offered by Tomorrow is to practically hone competences in a program which combines various methods of didactical impacts: e-learning and workshops where participants can experience basic phenomena of their everyday work. We call these impacts the second generation training, as it comprises the latest psychological finds on knowledge acquisition and personal development.
We propose three main pillars for our courses:
- acquisition and standardisation of knowledge within a given competence, together with exercises (tests, quizzes, etc.) during an e-learning session, supported by mentors specialising in blended learning courses;
- workshop exercises under mentor’s supervision;
implementation of the acquired skills into professional environments in a direct content with a given problem.
